To request a packing slip for a processed order:
- Hover over Orders and select Order Status.
- The Order Status Easy Clicks screen will open.
- Select Recently Shipped by Orders or Recently Shipped by PO.
- Recently Shipped by Orders will let you search by the Order Entry Number assigned by Ingram.
- Recently Shipped by PO will let you search by the customer purchase order number.
- You will see a Request Packslip link next to every shipment processed.
- Clicking this link will open a small window where you can verify or overwrite the email address for delivery and submit.
- The packslip will be emailed to the email address provided.
- It may take as long as 30 minutes for the packslip to arrive.
*This is not applicable for ILS customers.
