How to View Email Pack Slips

You will receive a pack slip electronically via email for each order as they are shipped to you. To view the documents attached in these emails, you may do the following:

Open your email. It should look something like this: 

The email subject line will contain your account number and the Order Entry number associated with your order. (Redacted above.)

There will be two attachments. One labeled Carton Details and one labeled Pack Slip Details. 

Carton Details - This document will break out order information by carton. There will be a section for each carton. The first line will be a summary and will include; the Carton Number, the Tracking Number (clickable), Total Units and Total Titles. 

Below that, there will be a break-out of what is contained in the carton, including; Qty Shipped, Title, Product ID, PO Number, Line PO Number (if available), Suggested Retail, Disc Pct (Discount percentage), Disc Price (Discounted Price), Ext Disc Price (Extended Discounted Price), and On Sale Date (if applicable).

Pack Slip Details - This document shows titles shipped in alphabetical order. Each line will include; Qty Shipped, Title, Product ID, PO Number, Line PO Number (if available), Suggested Retail, Disc Pct (Discount percentage), Disc Price (Discounted Price), Ext Disc Price (Extended Discounted Price), and On Sale Date (if applicable).
